YIPPEE!!!!! IT'S OFFICIAL. I am going to cartwheel school THIS Monday in Santa Monica @ 7 AM & am so totally excited. I just confirmed it yesterday morning and got the go ahead from my gym to use some of their mats in the parking lot for my half-hour lesson. I manifested an Olympic gymnastic champion to teach me for free!!!!!

This chain of synchronistic events began as I intimated to Ryan, my trainer @ Canon Athletics, that I wanted to brush up on my cart wheel abilities to ready for my performance after an upcoming meeting.

I tried a few unflattering attempts at a cartwheel on the beach the other day with my girlfriend on hand as an unwilling spotter. I decided that I needed to step up the training so I set the intention to attract a bonafide cartwheel coach to make my practice sessions more efficient. Plus, I'm a little tentative about falling on either one of my titanium hips. They've been great so far and I don't want to push my luck...
